maximized windows link?

Hi is there a way in Vista to have new windows in internet explorer start maximized?

When i start Internet explorer its maximized but all links i click on are only in small windows?

Anyone know bet its something stupid i forgot to do lol

Use the attached application to set internet explorer and other applications to set maximize as default.

By the way this app is compatible with Windows 98, Me, NT, 2000, XP, and 2003 and Vista x32 but has problems with Vista x64.
