Max number of providers

I am trying unsuccesfully to program a seca card for a Humax F1 VACI with an aston cam, the cam version does not show up when it is look up under the menu, but I think it is probably an older one such as version 1.00.

I have tried various hexes, but as yet none have worked, I did read something somewhere that said that a version 1 cam can only handle 8 providers, so I wondered if there are more than 8 providers enabled on the hex will it prevent the card from working, and if so, what is the best way to remove the excess providers, do you remove the 'provider enabled' tick using an editor, and would the 'seca' provider be classed as one of the eight providers.

I should mention that this card is for a relative of mine, and although I am confident in card programming, I personally know nothing of motorised satellite systems so I am struggling a bit with this.

These are the providers he used to receive.

Canal Satellite. 11.740v, 11.778v, 11.817v, 11.856v, 12.207v (27500 3/4)
Canal Satellite Digital. 12.246v, 12.285v, 12.522v, 12.581v (22000 5/6)
Canal Digitaal 12.344h, 12.515h, 12.574h (22000 5/6)
M** 12.699V (22000, 5/6)
Eutelsat.
AB Sat. 11.618h (27500 3/4)
Tele Plus 11.862h , 11.900h, 11.958v, 11.996v, 12034v, 12.073v (all 27500
3/4 )
