max blue 2006

Hi guys,
I flashed my mates blue 2006 last night ,everything seemed to go ok ,but when he took it away and tried it he is getting cannot" scan no transponder " anybody got any ideas
any help would be great.

It sounds to me there are no channels on it. Either put a channel file on it or do a power scan.
