Manchester United thread

Sorry, but Daniel James is not the answer to anything at United.

We have bankers running the board room and commerce running the signings. Next season will be the eye opener for the greedy bastards.
Although, way things are being handled at the club at the minute, no desire to improve and no real intent from the owners does smack of investors setting up to sell. Maybe an offer is incoming and a change of ownership around the corner, none of what we see makes sense other than that.

Glazers, don't they fit windows? Looks like it from the way they run our club.
#GlazerOut is being hammered out around twitter. There's been a campaign #unfollowunited for a quite a while to lower the clubs hit rate on social media and thwart the commercial manner in which we're run. For United it's stock market, share prices, commercial value, marketing and then football. Probably a lot more in between before the football on the pitch to be honest. We aren't a football club and haven't been since 2005, we are a cash cow who have had 1bn pounds taken out of the club and not one single penny has been put back in. Now the overriding feeling is that #EnoughisEnough search twitter for those hashtags and you will find some of the campaigns.
Hundreds of thousands of people tweeting it directly, not just United but to all of the companies who sponsor the club. Everytime one of the below posts anything anywhere, it's getting swamped with #GlazersOut and it's getting noticed. The sponsors are already blocking people and share prices hit a real low during the glazersout trend.

Look at all those leetches just bleeding the club dry. Get it sorted now.

You mean one big fiddle.Hmm 🤔🤣
No, he was pointing out that United's sponsors are real and not fictional companies funded by the same company to sponsor the company it owns. In other words Man City or Abu Dhabi United as the company calls itself. ;)

Yeah right 😂😂

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford has signed a £200,000-a-week contract to commit him to the club until June 2023, with the option to extend for a further year

He had better pull his finger out for that kind of money Joe.🤔😉

This is what happens when you pay someone 500k per week if they dont perform.
Players that perform better want more money.
Lingard will be next.
Then Shaw
Then De Gea if he stays
Then any decent player coming to United will want the same or more.
They would have been better letting him go to.....................
If he could find a club that wanted him, and I dont know any other club that would pay him that sort of money.

Harry Maguire isn't much better than what we have. Commercial signing for me. Has Woodwanks signature all over it.

I totally agree

Centre backs come in 3 categories
Alpha like Van Dyke
Bitch like Jones Smalling Lindelof
Reserves like Rojo Bailly

Unfortunately Maguire is another bitch

Get Ramos or Aldiwireld (would like him at Liverpool) or Godin these are Alphas

Rojo Bailly
These pair make it blatantly obvious how injury prone they are, just by your assessment.
They are the two best CBs at United and two of the best around once they have enough games and build match fitness. Bailly is an absolute monster when he's fit and Rojo a violent and brutal CB with great ball skill.
Both of them spend more time injured and getting fit than anything else, which makes your assessment truer than it should be.

Looks like we will end up with Maguire. Can take that if it means Jones gets played nearly never. jones has dyed his hair blonde, so he now looks like a fool before he starts trying to play professional football.

I see that De Gea is getting his 375k per week
Thats nearly 100 mill over 5 years
Sanchez
Pogba
Rashford
Wages would pay off Man Us debt

I would think that he is somewhere holding his breath and stamping his feet.
Going from being the best ever to just being an also ran can be pretty hard to take, but after the first 10 years you learn to just take pleasure from the highs and quickly forget the lows.

Well last time he said OGS was the best thing since sliced bread. James has been the stand out player for MU this season already.
