Mame on Xbox one

Been wondering if mame, or any other emulators can be run on Xbox one?
Any success?

I'm know expert on the xbox one, but if you install kodi 18 on it I believe there is plenty of emulation available for it.

Take a look at this techdoctor vid, now he's using a firestick but the info should still work for you with the xbox one.
