Mag Box 250 Dead?

I`m not sure what has happened but my Mag box 250 will not come on. When the power is connected it states "no signal" and without power it states "no cable connected" so I believe it isnt completely dead.

I have tried holding the menu button for 10 seconds on my remote control but it isnt working (Ive done this before and it has worked, so I know I`m doing it right), it is staying blank with no signal onscreen. I vaguely remember a few weeks ago the embedded portal stating an update was available but I cant remember if I done it or not but its been broken since.

is it fit for the bin or is there something I can try? Any suggestions would be great.

Ive tried stitching HDMI Cables/Sockets also and still no joy.

Try another power supply mate, if it won't boot into menu then it appears to be dead.
"and without power it states "no cable connected" so I believe it isnt completely dead. " Without power it's not possible for the box to state anything, it's just your tv reporting that nothing is connected.
