I need a favor from a generous member...

I need to borrow a Mac OS X Leopard CD.
I just want to install it on my laptop and then return it.

If anyone has one please let me know (I'm on the trusted sellers list).

Thanks,

a PC wouldnt install direclty from a Mac OS disc.
Quite true but it can be done as I'm sure you already know.

I had the previous version of OSX running on this pc I'm using now, it was a novelty for a few days then I scrubbed it.

I cheated and used a prepatched install DVD, all I really needed to do was alter a few BIOS settings and load up the disc, it did all the complicated stuff for me :)

Yes, you can install from a prepared image.

The Mac doesnt use bios you see, it uses something called EFI. This is why it wasnt possible to boot a Windows install disk on an Intel based Mac for a short while.
