LutronRa2 has a web page which is pretty much useless and does not allow you to do anything to the controller. Also you can't change the default id and password. does anyone has any experience with telnet session of that controller and if there are list of command that i can get for telnet to configure the controller or modify the controller.

TELNET is for controlling the switches with the RA2 system.. You require the Lutron RadioRA2 software to change/create an ID/Password for Telnet.
