lost channels virgin update

ive lost channels (ntl) with the virgin
update but my pace4010 downstairs is fine
any ideas(
 
what box u using upstairs m8?

This is sometimes due to signal bieng split m8, have you any means of checking the sig strength?

its sorted m8 i used a different
rom11 image and all ok
so far lol

this happened to me once and when i took my box which wouldnt work from upstairs to down it worked, anyway glad your sorted m8
