Loss of Premium Channels on NTL Analogue

Hi there my friend has been using a Cable Cube in the Glasgow area for about 5 years with no problems. Then all of a sudden the Sky Movies 1 & 2 went all fuzzy. The other channels seem fine apart from these. I think it's a Phantum Cable Cube.

The strange thing that both myself and my Sister have cubes that work fine and live within a mile of this person.

I've tried resetting the cube, swapping it with mine and it makes no difference.

Any ideas ?

I'm in Glasgow too and have same prob with Cube. Sky moves 1 still there but Sky moves 2 has gone. Resetting made no difference, so likely it's the CC.
