hi everyone been a while so not sure if i have aaked this before my kkmoon 8 channel dvr isnt recognising my log in and just keeps locking me out any fixes for this problem thanks

ive never tried i read few things about the problem but cant get past the log in menu !

This could be worth a try...
Unplug DVR take off cover from DVR take out battery (look's like a button) for ten second put battery and cover and try DVR.

Try the manufacturer website site or emailing tech support. If you can prove your request is legitimate, maybe they have an Engineer workaround they can advise.

tried that m8 they dont reply to any emails will never buy another or anything else from that company thanks
