locked 500c

Hi everyone
Flashed a new image to my 500c (neutrino dream ultra 2) It starts up okay and i get a channel uk gold but i cannot change the channel the remote wont work and i cannot turn the box off via the power button on the front of the 500c all was ok before i flashed it ive tried changing the image but still have the same problem with any other image. its not a clone box has anyone any ideas what could be wrong. thanks

when flashing and it asked you to perform a flash erase, did u select no?

yes but i tried putting the original firmware back on and i still get the same result im wondering could it be the remote but the standby button dose not work either.

Use dreamup to flash origional image.

reboot

Then reflash your desired image
