h my son has a sky + hd subscription and every afternoon about 3 pm one tuner loses the signal quality it drops to around 20 and he gets a message on screen saying no satellite signal is being received up how can we cure this should he contact sky!! long wait for an answer on the phone or would a new lnb cure it
