lite on dg16d2s help needed

hi all hope some one can help me out i have a lite on DG-16DS2 drive i want to put in my jtaged xbox but the drive had a bad flash so im needing an inquiry.bin identify.bin key.bin so i can edit my dvd key and serial to create me a lite_cfw.bin file and i can then use dos flash to recover the drive.

any one have those 3 files i know its a lot to ask but it will get me up and running. i just need to create a lite_cfw.bin edited with my own keys ect.
hdd faluar led me to loasing what files i had just gone through 40+ discs to see if i had a back up of a liteon teach me for not writing on the disks lol
