Libby / libdebug clear Sram to set ppv pin question

Hi i've looked through the TUT for setting net ID and it says if i click on "clear sram" in the top white window of libby this resets the ppv pin code, but i can't seem to find the option "clear sram".

I've looked through all the other options and i have found erase BBSRAM (U5402) at the bottom of the drop down options under MEMORY.

It this the one i have to click on?????

Thought i'd ask as i don't want to fook something up!

yes thats the one . You can also pull the red jumper.

How do i activate my pin?

I've resetted my pin but when i tested it by ordering a movie it says that i need to activate my pin?????

How do i activate my PIN????

you have to go into engineers menu and set a new pin up.

Did that mate thats why i'm confused, i've done what the TUT's say.

did u set pin and save by pressing settings
if a 4000 series box
or tv button on 1000 2000 boxes

if u done it correct u will see **** as the pin
