If I told you that I would have to kill you.
I'm trying to install Leopard on my Macbook Pro and when I click on the install icon it says restart and the installation will begin.

All that happens is that it restarts as usual, nothing else happens.

Any ideas?

Sorry, I have little knowledge about Macs, but are you putting in the CD before boot, booting onto the CD? Or do you have to upgrade from within the OS?

restart the computer, holding down C, so that the Mac boots off of the DVD-ROM. After a few moments, you will be presented with a Leopard installation screen and presented with a number of options (some options may not appear on all systems, depending on model, previous OS version, etc.).

hope this helps or just google leopard clean install
