I get sick of the Big record Companies going on about how illegal music downloads are hitting Songwriters and artistes in the wallet thereby stifiling their creative juices cos they now have to stack shelves in Netto in order to make ends meet instead of writing and recording million sellers .

Those among us who still use p2p need'nt feel so guilty. Just read the linked news article below which reveals where the profits from legit downloads are really going and how really concerned record companies are about protecting songwriters revenue.

Nothing changes - the record companies have always got the lion's share and the artists make a pittance: except for a few at the top.

Record company has always been pissed off about it but only for themselves. They don't care about the artists. A lot of artists don't even care that there are people downloading their music. A lot just want to be heard and are glad that they've got fans. Most of these artists have been lashing out back at the record company saying the cost of an album is too much.

There's only a few artists out there that have actually been stingy enough to take any action or complain about it. They make enough money as it is.
