led timer

Hi ya peeps

Im after a bit of help........ A mate has given me a led timer
Which i need to set the time on... iVe worked out how to program when it turns on and off

But still can`t set the time...... my mates no help coz hes not used it in years
i dont even know which make it or anything

Has anybody used one b4 or has any idears pls
