Learner drivers allowed on motorways

Interesting!! In Australia, learners have always been allowed on motorways. This is how the majority make up their 100 hours of learning before getting their provisional driving plates.

I think there are some fully licensed drivers that could do with going on a motorway with an instructor!!!!

Good move for the learners but I would hope that common sense was used with it, ie not taking a learner on in rush hour or when it’s going to be too busy. Of course when the learner has mastered normal roads aswell.

It used to be part of pass plus I have heard, pass plus wasn’t compulsory though.

Too fecking true! PissedOff.gif

I've just been reading that over 100 people are now killed or seriously injured by tailgating in the UK every year!

The other thing that pisses me off are those morons who swerve at the last possible moment from the outside lane right across the carriageway to exit at a slip road.
