LCD tv with built in DVD 19"-21"

Looking for a cheap LCD tv with built in DVD player. Doesn't have to be HD, but preferably around 19-21" please.

Also DivX playback would be nice.

both asda and tesco had 19 inch with built in freeview and dvd player, not to sure if it played divx tho cost £179
