lat and long in usals tm800

could someone please help me
my lat is 56.0024 and long is -3.8265
what should i enter in usals for the tm 800

press menu m8, go to setup/ service searching/ tuner configuration, then a screen pops up saying choose tuner theres only one press ok on that,
then on configuration mode press left or right on the remote to get simple,
then on mode get positioner, then your long and lat will be there for you to fill in, then just press ok when your all done

The TM800 will accept 056.002 North and 003.826 West.
