Laptop to lcd tv lead

i have a laptop and a lcd tv will this lead work from the vga slot on the laptop to the y,cb,cr connections on the lcd tv.

Does the LCD tele have any other inputs? Without insulting u but does it have vga or dvi inputs maybe even hdmi. I have tried a cable like that and i made my own and neither worked. I sold the same stuff to a guy in work and it was returned because it didn't work.

I returned my tele and got another with computer inputs included and the quality is fantastic.

I am under the assumption that the cables are bi-directional, the cable u found states RGB to VGA which would then work for you.

what you want is a VGA to component(RCA) cable.
