kv a780 scanning

Hi peeps, Am unable to scan kva780 since the provider change about 4 months ago, am in Swindon wilt, use to be ntl and now it's telewest.

This this what am doing factory reset provider telewest/network/green button, finds nothing. Please somebody help me out.
