Kryptview a780 channels

Hi just purchased a780 flashed it scanned it and only picking up about 40 channels in total tried to scan quite a few times no discoveries no bbc12 done a software update on 09 09 10
still not many channels
is there a problem with the box
p.s the booklet in box said a750 on it
has somebody already tried it with same problem

do a factory reset, then set your area, and rescan for channels
