keeps streaming checknig for freq

when I connect the max interface and put power through the modem, Hyperterminal keeps trying to get a freq and saying "No Power... Nothing...."

It wont let me change the mac... anyone got any ideas?

I have done a 200 before but this is the first time I have done a 120... this one gives some menus instead of typing the commands like Im used too... anyone got the steps to do a 120??

ok, tried that and connected everything back... but still isnt connecting to the net and wont let me goto http://192.168.100.1/

When you first power the 120 on you should see "briefly" something like this and at the bottom "To change any of this, press any key within 2 seconds".

If you dont see the bottom part or it wont let you in when you press a key then I think you have the update.

You need to reflash the mxchip with preupdate 120 flash from downloads.
