JVC soundbar

Hey guys, thought i'd check with you brainy people just so i'm completely sure about the situation and that i've tried everything.

ok so this is what i normally see when I have the xbox one x ---------> tv



This is what happens when i plug the soundbar in as a hub and use the 4k passthrough. (can't show you it as I've boxed up the soundbar ready for returning so the scored out lines means those are greyed out.)



The 4k 10bit things says something about my tv only allowing 4k at 8 bit, as you can see from the first picture my TV clearly shows it can handle 10bit.

Could that program be a general setting that is on all those tvs and if tv had a scart might also list it.
Symbol suggests your tv is not compatible and cannot work?

If your adding other devices it may give you different list,never used a hub or passthrough
