just got a tom tom go 300

just had a tom tom go 300 bought for me, as a real newbie to this is there anything i can do to this or need to make this any better than it already is.

I also have tom tom 300 and would like to update it to tomtom 500,any idear where i can get the software . Have found the software for a PDA but not the stand alone ver that come on a SD card? help

To make the TomTom 300 better i would suggest you head over to tomtom.com to download the lastest version of maps and software, its a free upgrade.

I would also recommend heading over to hXXp://www.pocketgpsworld.com

They have a super duper FREE safety camera database which contains (i reckon just about every) speed camera in the UK.

They also have a section for POI, this contains user submitted POI like asda, tesco, hotels, petrol stations, banks, etc etc.

All fantastic and free!
