Feck me!! I did a weeks training course on kaizen about 20 years ago, guess it's back in fashion then? Or maybe it went out a few times & is back in now?
Ain't got any course notes now though mate, sorry.

LoL, I used to work for the company who developed 6 Sigma.

At that time they were a major employer in Scotland.

They've now closed down all manufacturing plants here.

Within their handset division, they continue to face a major crisis.
They've experienced a disastrous loss of $1.2 billion in Q4 2007, and have continued to make losses every quarter since then.

Great thing 6-Sigma, it works fantastically

Hopefully you do well in your quest.
You may even get a laminated certificate or a badge at the end of it...I did

thanks for the replys chaps. I no it,s pretty much old school stuff but it,s just for a project I,m doing in best practises, it,s all now the - Go-look-see-respond, now.

I remember doing Kaizen for my business studies in college, dont remember doing this 6 Sigma thing though, we also did Laissez Faire approach and all that of that stuff.

Ill see if i can dig out some of the stuff from back then
