Jtag - which is best to get?

I am going to need a jtag soon for sammys and modems can anyone advise me on one which will do ALL or both and which are the best and where from etc.

for the sammy you will need a 20 way jtag. For the modems it will depend on which type you want to do max232 for the ntl ones and blackcat lead for the sb5100/sb5200. You will need different gadgets for the boxes and for modems.
