JTAG- Only get part BK and IRD

Just tried to Jtag my Pace Di4000n but I only seem to get 15 digits for the BK and 7 digits for the IRD. It would appear that the IRD has the 4th number missing 12x_xxxx.

I Have checked the pogo positions on the Jtag and they are 2,3,5,7,8 and 9.
Some Tuts state 2,3,5,6,7 and 9. others say this is fine.

Any Ideas ?????

2,3,5,6,7,9 just double check ya connections

If you look on the board, 6 and 8 are connected together so connecting ground to either posiotion will be fine. What software are you using ?

You may be better off using BKE 2.2 m8 ......

Suspect you used SDT Beta version to get those errors?

Correct Fatblerk, Used the Beta version,
Will go find the full version of SDT being it was so simple to use.
