jtag error: PC to target cable disconnected

Hi everyone, I have a pace box di4000 and im trying to jtag it to get the ird nd box key. I have a jtag from TMC and i get this error

"Target Communications Error: PC to Target Cable Disconnected"

anyone have any ideas?

do you have MAC_MOT running m8 you need it it,s in the downloads m8 or you havent got a clean connection to the box probley one or the other
