-Added in the temp fix from last week, for fixing the 2 main reported crashes
-Fixed some logic in the creation and updating of bouquets. I think the temporary fix last week was muddling up bouquets on an auto update.
-Added in a complete fallback for any provider using very old xtream panels. (note: if your provider is using a very old panel, this will be slower than normal. Should now work though).
