J-Tag info please guys

ok, i'm want to purchase a j-tag, jasperconran told which one would be the best for me, but i forgot, so, i went to tailor made circuits and theres 4 differents types.......hmmm.... now i'm lost.........
should i get the tenway pogo, twentyway pogo, interchangeable or the universal one?...... i know that if i'm going to use the pogo then obvisouly i get the interchangable one, but how do i know if i'll need a ten or twenty or a universal???

Use a 20 pogo for sammys and a 10 pogo for pace
