ive deleted my user account ? log in to admin

ive deleted my main account in admin thinking you didnt need a user password on boot up fool me its asking me to contact admin any help please folk

What OS, XP (home or Pro) or Vista

When XP was installed an account called Administrator was also set, but you cannot see it. Try booting into Safe Mode, hold down F8 at startup, then log on as administrator, assuming no password was set just enter OK. You should then be able to do a system restore that will bring your account back.
