iPhone itunes??

i have recently jailbroke my iphone 3gs on ios 4 software and was wondering when i connect my iphone to itunes to put more music on my phone will itunes know its jailbroken and stop me doing anything?

No it won't m8, itunes cannot detect it.

cool but when i plug my iphone into itunes it delets my downloaded apps off the phone is there a way i can get around this

You could try these.
If you have installous, go to settings and turned on itunes sync.
When connected to itunes, go to file and...transfer purchases from iphone.

also make sure u have appsync installed mate
