Android it this possible from android box

Hi guys, ive got an android box in my bedroom, with a 500gb usb hdd plugged in. what id like to do is to be able to set the files on the hard drive to be able to be viewed on the front room tv. the front room tv can have LG smartshare, and dvb link from looking at things on the tv. is this possible?

i can achieve that id then like to be able to set up a torrent client on the android box, and be able to send torrents to download with my phone onto the hdd, therefore making them viewable accross the network.

Is this in any way possible?
