Is this laptop any good it wont be used for gaming but general surfing the net and maybe some downloading or does anyone here use one of these .

i aint no expert but looks good to me m8 with it havin a pentium processor, 120 gb hard drive, 2 gb ram. if i where in the market for one i would have this. have seen same priced laptops with less powerful stuff in it.

Its not fantastic but it isn't bad.

It has one of the slower Core 2 Duos (slower bus speed) and it only comes with Vista Basic. I don't know how it compares but most say to go for Premium over Basic.
 
I Dont take any notice what OS is ia system thats bollox you can put any OS on you like within 30 mins its the hardware you want I paid £450 for a lappy from currys with vista premium on got home and wiped it off for XP PRO it wasnt even 2 hours old

like i say ignore the OS has nothing to do with the system setup
