power wont turn off with button or remote but does reboot with arrow up and power button
no output to tv
no input with null modem or ethernet cable

There is no bootable os on the box.
You should get debug message via null modem cable during a flash attempt with IFA.

tried ifa it said cant connect

Keep trying.... IFA will eventually work. Its one of the only ways out of the 'kein system' error message.
