To connect my current BB providers router directly to my own and block my provider from seeing what I do on the internet?
In the old days I remember seeing a tutorial that showed how to cut the talkback track on a cable tv box.

Just wondered if the talkback track in a router could be disabled?

vpn will stop them seeing your traffic

I know about VPN but I wondered if there was a physical way of doing it.

With the cable tv, you only need downstream.
The internet requires up and down
