i seem to have lost e mails from my account and i cant find them anywhere have tried all the usual places some of them are pretty important is there any way i can retrieve these e mails???
is there any help??

yes sorry about that devilfish its outlook exprees 6 tried file and import does seem to find mapi files ?do you think i have lost them ?

Check if auto archive is enabled on your outlook? if not then check the setting and see if it stores a temp version on your disk. If not then you have probably lost them, but i don't understand why they have just dissapeared.
thanks jmp99 this looks a gr8 site am gonna give this a try it has loads of stuff that i am interested in an will let you know how i get on
big thanx to yous all & jmp99 for the site have found it very usefull managed to get some of my emails back (not the ones i wanted )but i think you have to buy the full version but hey never mind there were a few other tips in there and going about that i have manged to use cheers guys
