Is there an android app that will let me select files to download and download them to pc like qb remote?

As per title, I want to use my phone to download a file but instead of downloading to my phone it downloads onto my pc. I can do it with torrents using qb remote, is it possible for downloads in non torrent formate using a different app?

Have a look at Clipgrab, if you're using http links
