Is there a Guide to Chipping the Sammys?

I have been doing the Pace box's for a while now and have done quite a few. I want to do myself a Sammy now, cos the grey pace is ugly. Is there a proper detialed guide out yet?? ie. When i strted doing the pace box's i just used Novice Angels Guide which told me pretty mcuh everythign i need to know.
