Hi Friends!
Is it possible to patch original images?

That is, how to patch an original image if it must first be installed in the Sunray solo 2?

To avoid the bricks of 2014/2015.

my sunray vu solo2 clone is DEAD by bomb...¿Should I use Jtag or replace IC chip?

For example, how to patch openld 3.4 to work on our sunray solo 2? as previously has patched the user ramiMAER.

Thanks!

Yes you can, by replacing the original drivers in extra folder with patched drivers, it is easy.

How are these images done?

All Dragonworth images are created by compiling the open (public) sources.
They have been modified to roll back the kernel recipe to 3.3.8 and using the last available drivers for Dragonworth clones and got gles and Kodi/xbmc disabled (Not supported in Dragonworth drivers). Changes to the kernel recipe for 3.13.5 since dropping 3.3.8 have been backported as good as the old kernel allows.
This automatically happens every night for images that usually get nightly updates for original boxes as well.

All Lonrisun images but OpenHDF are created by downloading the genuine Vu+ Solo² image, replacing the 3.13.5 kernel with an almost identical 3.13.5 kernel (only the "DVB proxy" patch being removed), replacing the drivers with the last Lonrisun drivers and exchanging the enigma2 core files to get rid of CI+, gles and Kodi/xbmc code, which would crash on Lonrisun.
This automatically happens when new images are published for images that usually get nightly updates for original boxes as well.

All Sunray images but OpenHDF are created by downloading the genuine Vu+ Solo² image and patching the drivers.

All OpenHDF images are created similar to the images for Dragonworth by compiling the source code:
For Lonrisun it has been modified to include the last Lonrisun drivers and skip the "DVB proxy" patch. Machine params have been modified to remove the FullHD skin and gles capabilities as they are not supported in the drivers.
For Sunray only the drivers get patched.
This happens every night.

First, install genuine imagen on genuine solo 2?
Then, It's patched drivers and do full backup to restore on sunray solo 2?
