45CD9D9D

Am i correct in thinking this is wrong i was led to believe that all ird end in 12

If i am correct will the box key on the card be wrong too, it says ok in the card status page on the box the card didnt relock, i tried making a fun card using the details but it said card not inserted properly

they end in 3e or 12 mate its the script sometimes if its ended before its unlocked changes the ird but it easily obtainable either via the engineers menu or of the top of the scar can inside the box

Boot box into eng menu. Look for "nagra serial code" you will see beside it there are 12 digits. Take the first 10 and type them into windows calculator then press hex. You will get your IRD starting 3E ** ** **

Use the IRD you get with the BK off the card and as long as the card didnt have a false BK everything should work fine.

Just restart the box without card it doesnt need a card in it. Should work after reboot.
