Iphone Storage

OK I have a Iphone 7 which im looking at keeping past the contract as can't see the point in upgrading. Issue I have is the 'System' is taking up 25.65GB of storage, its only a 32GB phone. Im going to save and delete everything and reset the whole phone BUT is there an easier way as this don't seem rite in my head.

Yeah there is something wrong. It shouldn't be taking anywhere near that amount of memory. There are memory resets that you can do to try and clear the memory, but with 32GB the OS/Apps and such shouldn't be taking more than around 12GB I believe.

My iPhone 7 32gb is only using 7.1gb for the system. I would back up and factory reset...

I had an app that was somehow taking up 13GB but wasn't showing that in the settings. Deleted and all sorted.
