Network Provider Iphone damaged sleep button

i've got a 8Gb iphone + it's been dropped onto the sleep button. The button will not respond, so if the screen locks then the only way to wake it is to plug into the pc again. does anyone know of how to get round this without the hardware repair? not sure what virginise is, but i Ziphoned with yesterday with the do it all button.

thats not gona help mate it sounds like you have jammed in the button. silver lineing to this is that if your iphon is legit and from o2 theywill be offering a free upgrade to the iphone 2 next month
