the initial update yes thereafter the service connection was down to o2 so both messed up mate i spoke to o2 and they said there was an overload which they couldn't handle
CPW also messed up as the data they were supposed to tranfer to o2 didn't happen hence those who purchased from CPW are still having problems

I must admit, I fail to see the need to have the handset activated by itunes. It adds a layer of complexity that no other manufacturer has.
