I've just fitted one in an iphone 5 this morning. Get all my stuff from Replacebase, not the cheapest but don't sell crap.
Had to replace the screen on this phone as well, the battery had swollen and forced the glue apart from the frame and the digitiser, pushing it off almost completely.
Take note that lithium batteries now require special postage as they are hazardous. Cost me £4-80 on top of my order , next day delivery.
