on the SD card do you have a voices folder? are the files missing? if so you will need to get the files again! try the downloads section for tomtom 6.20..if its the install files you will get the voices in the file.
You will also find a Voices folder on the IPAQ that you will need to check under
My Devices > Program Files > Navigator > Voices
