internet problems

my downloads of files have got faster as i went up from 2mb to 4mb to 10mb

but, my uploads have got faster from 2mb to 4mb, but my uploads with 10mb are slower than ma uploads with 2mb internet

i did a internet speed test and ma uploads are fast as fook, but when i actually upload something to rapidshare its really slow on 10mb internet,

check your upload settings in the options of the programs you are trying to use!!

there all set at max m8, i dont understand it, maybe coz virgin are doing upgrades the now
